The core part of the sludge dewatering device produced by Brightway is composed of multiple layers of wear-resistant material. The wear-resistant parts are arranged in order by a fixed ring and a moving ring. Driven by the rotating shaft that penetrates the body, the sludge is gradually dehydrated by pressing. The whole process is realized by adding PAM and PAC through the dosing device to realize the rapid precipitation of fine particles in the sludge, so as to realize that the solid phase after dehydration meets the requirements, and that the liquid phase is of low density, in line with the cost control requirements of advanced wastewater treatment.
