The process flow of bored pile foundation (mud cyclotron drilling) is: drilling machine in place → hole drilling → grouting → casing → continuing drilling → slag → clearing hole → hanging and putting a steel cage →water jet stripping → insertting the concrete pipe → pouring concrete → pulling out the catheter → piling top reinforcement.
 
Process Flow of Bored Pile Foundation Construction
 
1. Drilling machine in place: When drilling machine is placed, it must be kept stable, without inclination or displacement. In order to control the depth of drilling accurately, a ruler should be made on the rack or machine tube to observe and record during construction.
 
2. Hole drilling and grouting: Straighten the straightener tappet, do well the pile position (using the aligning ring), start the machine drilling, unearth, reach a certain depth, stop drilling, and pour the pre-modulated well mud into the hole, then continue drilling.
 
3. Lower casing (casing): Drill down casing when drilling depth is about 5m.
 
4. Continue drilling: Prevent the surface soil from collapsing by vibration. When drilling, do not let the mud level fall. When drilling to the bearing layer, no special requirements can be designed, and the drilling can be continued about 1m as the insertion depth. The relative density of mud should be often measured in the construction.
 
5. When the hole bottom cleaning and slag discharge are formed in clay and silty clay, water can be injected and use the raw soil to make the mud so as to protect the wall. The relative density of the slagging mud should be controlled between 1.1 and 1.2. When  pore forms in sand and thicker sand, 
the relative density of mud should be controlled between 1.1 and 1.3. When the pore forms in passing through sand or gravel or the soil layer which is easy to collapse, the relative density of mud should be controlled between 1.3 and 1.5.
 
6. The hanging and putting of a steel cage: Steel cage should be lined with mortar pads before placing; when hoisting and setting, aim at the hole position, lift straight and steady, slowly sink, and when the steel cage is placed in the design position, it should be fixed immediately to prevent upward floating.
 
7. Water jet stripping: Insert the catheter in the concrete reinforcement cage by connecting with the hose and high-pressure pump. Start pumping then the water is jetted. After the water jetting, hole bottom sediment is suspended in the mud.
 
8. Pouring concrete: Pouring concrete immediately after stopping water jetting.With the increase of concrete, the concrete sediment slurry in the hole floating above, and back to storage tank together with mud.
 
9. Pulling out the catheter: When concrete is poured to the top of the pile, the catheter should be pulled out in time. However, the top elevation of concrete must conform to the requirements of design and standard.
 
10. Piling top reinforcement: The plug on the top of the pile must be kept vertically with enough anchorage length and protective layer to prevent slanting and slanting.
